There are a lot of sheep herding videos out there. Each showcasing sheepdogs with great skills at herding. This particular video isn’t one the ordinary herding video you’ll see. It’s also extraordinary but in a different way. It’s extraordinarily funny.

A sheepdog is supposed to chase the sheep into a pen or a designated area. Nelson, a Norfolk Terrier, is the one being chased instead. When Nelson starts approaching the herd, instead of them running away, they start approaching him instead. This scares Nelson, and he runs away. This was the start of a funny chase scene.

Nelson starts going around in circles, and the sheep are now relentless. They keep chasing him everywhere! It’s even funnier when we see how the other sheep are bouncing around while chasing the dog. It’s certainly a funny spectacle.

The online comments are even more hilarious. Savan says that Nelson is a leader, not a boss. Another commentator compares the scenario to someone lying on their resume about being fit for a job. Godot tells the uploader not to insult Nelson because the dog is trying his best.

Many comments have noted how Nelson is actually successfully herding but in a different way. One of the best comment made was from Jive Gray. He claims the Nelson is an expert in reverse herding. He is the chasey instead of the chaser. Many other commenters agree.

With all the supportive feedback going towards Nelson, it’s hard to tell if he’s the worst sheepdog or is actually one of the most innovative ones. We can never be sure of this. However, one thing is certain. Nelson made one of the cutest attempts at herding sheep and the internet will remember this video for a long time. Good job Nelson!
